Having spent 10+ years heading up executive team development at Unilever, Nick came to us looking to start his own business delivering work that he loves, that he’s good at and that other people value.
Entering the market, Nick knew that where similar companies might offer ‘teamwork’ as part of their overall offering, it was very rarely their specialism. This meant conveying this message to prospects, along with the fact that they were expert, credible and prestigious, was vitally important.
Hence, The Academy of High Performance Teams (AOHPT) was born. It does what it says on the tin, literally.
With Nick based in London, and our World HQ in Derby, all of the initial discovery calls, and discovery process documents were completed remotely, without any face to face meetings.
Once the initial one page brand had been completed, all of the brand style options, logos, brand materials and website simply fell into place.
Since the launch of the brand, Nick and the team have received nothing but praise and admiration from peers and industry colleagues. But more importantly, the business has grown consistently year on year since.
